Paper Submission Process for EPAL2024 (Easy steps to share your research)
Welcome to the submission process for EPAL2024! We're Excited to Receive Your RsearchPaper. Please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and successful submission:
Step 1:
- Using Make a Submission Link Register Your Information Click on the "Make a Submission Link" Below to Begin The Submission Process. This step will generate a unique paper ID and password for your submission, and a concise abstract (not exceeding 150 words) is required at this step.
- Keep generated ID handy, As You Will Need It for All Future Steps And Correspondences. If you need to make any changes to your information, you can do so using the Edit Submission Link
Step 2: Upload File Link Upload Your Paper Researchers should upload their papers using the "Upload File Link." Please ensure your paper is in either Microsoft Word document or PDF format (.doc, .docx, .pdf).
Step 3: Formatting Guidelines Your Submitted Paper Should Adhere to the Following Guidelines:
- Maximum length: extended abstract does not exceed 750 word not full paper, including illustrations.

The first page must contain:
- Paper title
- A concise abstract (not exceeding 150 words)
- A set of keywords (up to six) for subject indexing.
Step 4: Anonymity For A Fair Review Process, Please Ensure That Your Paper Does not Include The Authors' Names.
Step 5: Keep The Abstract Concise and Do Not Exceed 150 Words. Supply No More Than Six keywords Immediately Following The Abstract.
Step 6: Check Paper Status Curious about The status of your submission? You can easily check it by visiting the "Check Status Link" at any time. Using Check Status Link
Format of All Proposals
- Word (*.doc, *.docx) Calibri, font 11 points, line spacing 1.5 lines, followed line, justified text and do not use indents on the first line. A4 size.
- The submissions can be written in Arabic or English
- The name of the file will be the last name and first name of the first contributor/author.
Submission of Proposal
